摘要: 目的:探究異澤蘭黃素(Eupatilin)對(duì)破骨細(xì)胞前體細(xì)胞向破骨細(xì)胞分化的作用和分子機(jī)制。方法:CCK-8法檢測(cè)不同濃度的Eupatilin對(duì)破骨細(xì)胞前體細(xì)胞RAW264.7以及小鼠骨髓巨噬細(xì)胞(bone marrow-derived macrophages, BMDMs)細(xì)胞活性的影響。用核因子κB受體活化因子配體(RANKL)誘導(dǎo)RAW264.7和BMDMs分化形成破骨細(xì)... (共7頁(yè))
